Exceptional
This hotel located at Tabuan, easy to find the hotel. Surround with supermarket, restaurants around 1km. This hotel is very clean and smells good. The lift only allowed customers to go straight to their room level only. The receptionists are really friendly. This hotel allows us to have late check out until 5 pm by paying an extra RM 25. Room is spacious and clean. Aircond is functioning well. Lighting is very good. Water pressure is high. Toilet is clean. Iron need to request from the receptionist. Parking is provided. I really enjoy staying here. Will definitely come again
No mirror in the room only provides a quarter body size of mirror inside the toilet. One pillow for one person (but this is not a huge problem) The guy receptionist was a bit not friendly. Maybe he is not in a good mood on that day.

The stay there was great for the price they offer for a room with a queen-sized bed.
The location of the hotel was quite central, I would say it is like a midpoint between Kuching and Kota Samarahan. Nearby the area has got a lot of good food and it has a mall and supermarket nearby. But to stay here, it is recommended to have your own transport.
The contact service like WhatsApp and calls are just so-so, but dealing with them face-to-face is much better. At the end of the day, they are helpful when talking to them face-to-face but can be a bit of a problem if I am not at the hotel at that time.
